COVID-19 may have put a stop to face to face Valentine’s night celebrations but it hasn’t stopped MS Cymru from organising a top evening of free entertainment.
The evening will feature some of Wales’ newest talent:
* Wonderfully funny Siânny Thomas will provide some much needed laughs
* The incredible magician James Hawker will be there to astonish with an array of tricks
* Talented soprano Chelsie Robinson will stun with her amazing vocal range.
The evening is being supported by The Gin Tin Bar from Cardiff (Gin Bar of the Year finalist in the Bar and Pub Awards Wales). A cocktail box (over 18s only) can be purchased with £5 from each box sold being donated to the MS Society Cymru’s fundraising efforts.
Compare for the evening is Kath Foot, Chair of Cymru Council. Kath said: “Unfortunately, the Covid-19 crisis has had a devastating impact upon the lives of many people with MS. We’re hearing countless stories of worsening MS symptoms, mental health challenges, and advancing disability. Our services and support are needed more than ever before, however our charitable income has been significantly impacted by the pandemic.
“The MS community has gone through a lot this past year and we want our Valentine’s evening to help bring some love and laughs to everyone. All of our inspiring performers have generously donated their time and skills to this event for free, to show their support for our community.
“Whether you are a couple enjoying a Valentine’s night in, or an individual looking for some entertainment; our fantastic virtual event will entertain you along with supporting people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).”
