Why do you think clients come to Gavin Alexander?
I have built up very strong relationships with my clients, many of whom have been regulars for years and my client base has increased from my loyal clients passing on the good word, which is very nice.
We are confident that we are experts in the art of hair colour and keep a keen eye on catwalk trends that help us to inspire looks and create ideas for the coming season. This is particularly important to us and our clientele.
What do you believe sets you apart?
We believe that the key to a successful consultation at Gavin Alexander is ensuring that our technicians look at and consider skin tone and eye colour, and advise on maintenance costs before a client commits to a colour choice. This, together with advice on the right shampoos and conditioners helps to keep the colour and style looking good for longer. Our new mood boards have proved a hit for the client who might be a bit apprehensive about a colour change.
Given the salon’s enviable reputation, does that translate into expensive bills?
Not at all. Our styling team are passionate about creating the right hairstyle for our clients with a price structure that’s affordable.
Please give us an idea of the tariff?
A cut and finish for our female clients would typically cost from £34 and for our gentlemen, from £24. A half head foiling would cost from £43. So, you can see, an appointment at the salon won’t break the bank.
Can we expect frequent promotions?
Yes we regularly have weekly promotions with discounts of up to 20% off colour services and intensive conditioning treatments. This will change each month so it’s best to call to enquire about weekly special offers on 029 2047 3333 (excluding appointments with Gavin).
