Celtic Manor Resort announces fourth annual Wedding Fayre

Couples tying the knot this year will want to put another important date in their diaries following the announcement of Saturday March 28th as the occasion for the 2009 Celtic Manor Resort Wedding Fayre.

The event offers the perfect opportunity to plan your special day as the five-star Resort in South Wales showcases its range of wedding venues and plays host to a variety of exhibitors ready and willing to look after every detail of your celebration. 

The Resort is a versatile wedding venue that can accommodate events of all sizes and styles, with a choice of five civil ceremony venues and six wedding reception suites. From the stately charm of the 19th Century Manor House to the opulent chandeliers of the Caernarfon Ballroom or the breathtaking views at The Lodge, the Resort offers something to suit every taste.

Celtic Manor’s own dedicated team of event coordinators will also be on hand to plan your perfect occasion or discuss pre-wedding golf and spa packages. Therapists from the award-winning Forum Spa and stylists from the Gavin Alexander Hair Salon will give demonstrations and helpful advice on wedding styling, make-up, treatments and packages.

Carefully-selected exhibitors will include stockists of designer bridal gowns, shoes and menswear, as well as photographers, florists, entertainers and cake makers. Three stylish catwalk shows, at intervals throughout the day, will add a splash of glamour to the event.

Guests attending the Wedding Fayre can also take advantage of some great special offers to beat the credit crunch.

As well as luxury accommodation for the bride and groom, clients booking a summer wedding can also enjoy two additional complimentary bedrooms to treat parents or friends.

Couples looking ahead to a winter wedding in early 2010 can enjoy a free upgrade on their wedding package or a complimentary champagne reception to start the celebrations in sparkling style.

Now in its fourth year, The Celtic Manor Resort Wedding Fayre has grown into one of the biggest wedding showcases in South Wales. Running from 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday March 28, the event takes place in the magnificent Caernarfon Ballroom at the venue which will host golf’s Ryder Cup in 2010.
