The practice proudly boasts technology that incorporates a specialist camera to view the back of the eye, making it easier to detect the early onset of disease. Stewart says, "We are also able to perform tests under the new Pimary Eye Acute Referral System (PEARS). We can also undertake specific tests using the equipment at Wellfield Road for the DVLA, and with our updated computerised laboratory we can offer most standard single vision lenses in about one hour."
For those of you wishing to try contact lenses, Stewart Greenberg offer a range of daily, weekly and monthly lenses and even tinted ones, along with regular checks to reduce any risk of infection. Stewart continues, "We also offer many services for NHS customers: for example, free sight tests for children and those on income support. Senior citizens also enjoy free eye tests and can claim a 25% discount on any new glasses. We also provide VDU sight tests for company employees, so there's more to us than meets the eye."
